A contract is concluded upon purchase of the software. By downloading or using the software, you agree to these terms.

1.4 License

The software is licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software.

1.5 Restrictions

It is prohibited to:

  • Decompile or reverse engineer the software
  • Resell or distribute the software
  • Circumvent license mechanisms

1.6 Disclaimer of Liability

Use of the software is at your own risk.

1.7 Governing Law

German law shall apply.

2. End User License Agreement (EULA)

2.1 License Type

This is a perpetual license for the purchased version of the software.

2.2 Activation

Use of the software requires a valid license key.

2.3 Scope of Use

The software may be used for:

  • Analysis of firewall configurations
  • Creation of internal reports

2.4 Prohibited Use

The software must not be used for:

  • Unauthorized attacks or scans
  • Any unlawful purposes

2.5 Responsibility for Results

All analysis results are provided for informational purposes only and must be independently verified.

2.6 Support

Support is only included if purchased separately.

2.7 Future Changes

Future updates or features may require a paid support or maintenance agreement.
